John Fury has slammed Logan Paul for his X-rated rant during Tommy Fury and Jake Paul’s Saudi showdown last month. In between the third and fourth rounds, Logan was interviewed at ringside as he watched his brother fall to a split-decision defeat.
With the mic being projected around the Diriyah Arena, Logan took the opportunity to play mind games with Fury, as he screamed: “Tommy Fury if you can hear me, you’re a b****, you’re gassing out.”
Fury Sr, who was in Tommy’s corner, was baffled by Logan’s behaviour and let his thoughts be known on the YouTube star during an exclusive interview with Express Sport via Free Bets.
“Absolutely disgusting, him piping up in a fight like that is not professional, but it just shows you that you are dealing with adolescent children, aren’t you?” he said. “Because the comments during the fight are just ridiculous. That’s not professional.
“It doesn’t work, it’s bad for the viewers, it’s bad for everybody involved in it, in the game. But it is what it is, they are what they are, they’re YouTubers. They’ll do anything.
“They’ll give their left nut up for a viewing figure and he obviously thought it would enhance his status as a YouTuber coming out with all that stupidity. But we knew it was coming anyway.”

Fury is expected to run it back with Paul later this year with The Problem Child affirming that he intends to activate the rematch clause in their contract. Esteemed boxing insider Mike Coppinger reports that organisers are looking to stage the second fight in July.
But Fury Sr claims there haven’t been any conversations about a date as of yet and anticipates it will take place later in the year.“It depends on what they want to do, but at the moment, Tommy’s put a hard training camp in. We spent 10 weeks in camps, one, two months ready. So, you know, it’s probably going to be later on in the year,” he added.
“I’ve not spoke to people connected to either, you know, so I think Jake Paul’s having a rest, just like we are, and his team and his people, we’ll be on it in due course. We’ve not spoken about anything yet.”
After the Paul rematch has been concluded, John told Express Sport that he wants to see his son continue down the influencer boxing route and has teased potential mega fights with KSI and Salt Papi down the line.
