The 2021 Ryder Cup gets underway today at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin, United States. Padraig Harrington’s Team Europe face off against Steve Strickland’s Team USA looking to defend the title they claimed in 2018 at Le Golf National in France.
Europe won 17½ points to the USA’s 10½ then but it is the Americans who are the favourites this time around. Day one will see four foursome matches and four fourball matches take place between the two teams.
Express Sport provides live score updates and keeps you up to date with all the latest action and talking points below.
