Rockies postpone Friday night’s game vs. Mets due to snow, reschedule for Saturday doubleheader – The Denver Post

An April snowstorm took down Friday night’s opener of a three-game weekend series between the Colorado Rockies and New York Mets at Coors Field.

The Rockies announced that the game would be made up as part of a doubleheader Saturday, starting at 3:10 p.m., with both games seven-inning affairs.

Only tickets for Saturday’s 6:10 p.m. game will be valid for either or both games of the doubleheader in the same designated seat, the team announced. Fans will be allowed to stay in the ballpark between games.

Tickets for Friday night’s game purchased from the Rockies will either be credited to fans’ accounts or refunded to the credit card from which they were purchased. Those ticket holders will be contacted via email. Complimentary tickets will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for other games.
