Conor McGregor has hit back at the fans who criticised him for shaving his trademark beard during Halloween, hiding his clean-shaven face in a series of bizarre photographs on social media.

The MMA star stunned fans on Monday after he shared a group of family snaps that depicted him without his usual facial hair.

McGregor dressed up as a pilot for Halloween while his long-term partner Dee Devlin posed as an air hostess.

The Irishman posted a series of pictures to his social media, whilst hiding his face and neck

McGregor posted on Instagram: ‘F*** all yous talking bad about my beard, ya’s’ll do nothing.’

After a handful of fans mocked his decision to shave off his facial hair, the 34-year-old took to social media to bite back.

Accompanied by a series of photographs which show him hiding the majority of his face, McGregor posted on Instagram: ‘F*** all yous talking bad about my beard, ya’s’ll do nothing.’

The Irishman was pictured brandishing his middle finger at fans in the first image and was holding his signature drink Forged Irish Stout in the other two photographs.


McGregor showed he shaved his beard off in a series of family Halloween snaps on Monday

McGregor was addressing the fans who poured to social media on Monday and criticised the former UFC champion. 

One fan posted: ‘Who the fo*k is that guy hahahah who the fo*k is that.’

A second wrote: ‘Beardless Conor haven’t seen that in a while.’ 

‘Looks so different w no beard,’ posted another.

The 34-year-old MMA fighter plans to make his UFC comeback ‘in the first quarter of 2023’ 

McGregor plans to make his UFC comeback in ‘the first quarter of 2023’, despite Dana White’s recent admission that he is not currently in the USADA testing pool.

The fighter must be available for testing for a period of up to six months before he can compete again.

Meanwhile, McGregor has been taking up a handful of side projects, including filming a re-make of Road House with Jake Gyllenhaal in the Dominican Republic.
