MMA fans are voicing their frustration on Twitter as their live stream for UFC 242 has failed ahead of the Khabib Nurmagomedov and Dustin Poirier fight.
Fight fans have paid £19.95 to watch the main card, which is due to take place at around 9pm, but are already reporting problems.
The 12 undercard fights got underway at 3.15pm UK time on Saturday.
On Twitter, one aggrieved fan wrote: "I purchased UFC 242 earlier, and now the stream for the PPV won't load, I'm just getting a grey screen! What is going on?"
Another added: "Purchased the UFC PPV but it's just showing a blank screen."
While a third said: "I have ordered UFC 242 on BT Box Office and the stream keeps failing to play. How can I get a refund?"
A fourth tweeted: "Hey, please can you help? I have purchased the UFC on box office however when I click the link from my email nothing is playing. Thanks."
And a fifth concluded: "Trying to watch UFC 242 through chromecast stream plays for about 30 seconds then this happens [an error message appears]?"
Khabib's return to UFC action is the latest event to the shown on BT Sport Box Office, as he takes on Poirier in the Octagon in Abu Dhabi.
