Eugenie Bouchard enjoys bikini birthday pic with sister and twins look ‘wow’

Canadian tennis star Eugenie Bouchard enjoyed her birthday alongside twin sister Beatrice with the pair celebrating in their bikinis to the delight of fans.

The stunning tennis star keeps her 2.3million Instagram followers coming back for more, posting snaps of her life as a tennis star alongside her modelling work. The twin sisters were born minutes apart but had an estranged upbringing, growing up separately after their parents divorced when they were aged just 10.

Eugenie stayed with their mother Julie, while Beatrice went to live with their father Michel. The twins grew apart and two years ago Beatrice opened up about sibling being “almost a stranger” to her.

However, two years on and the twins looked much closer celebrating their 29th birthday in Tulum, Mexico together.

The pair posed in front of birthday balloons with tennis star Eugenie wearing a white bikini and her sister Beatrice looking stunning in a leopard print design. Eugenie posted a picture with the comment: "Celebrating our bday together for the first time in 8 years."

Fans were quick to compliment the sisters on their appearances. @logan_landry74 commented: "Look at you wow." @roger.malenfant.9 also complimented the tennis star adding: "I love you Eugénie, you are really splendid."

The gorgeous twins weren't short of fans wanting an invite to their birthday party while others sent them happy birthday wishes. @antoniovargas2126 added: "Congratulations on your birthday.. you're in Mexico beautiful and loved."

Bouchard was once ranked as high as world No.5 after a breakthrough season in 2014 which saw her reach the Wimbledon final and semi-final at the Australian and French Open.

But after making her mark in the sport, Bouchard has been plagued by injuries and has struggled to revive her career, slipping outside of the world top 300 in the rankings last year.

The world No.318 failed to qualify for the main draw at this year's Australian Open in Melbourne. She did however win a first-round match at the ASB Classic beating American Ann Li 6-4,6-3 and will continue her season on the WTA Tour.
