Remember that save of the year candidate by Vegas Golden Knights goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury on Tuesday?
Boston Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask gave him a run for the title Thursday night.
Caught out of position after the puck clanged off the post, Fleury dove back toward the net and snared Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nic Petan's shot to thwart a certain goal.
Rask also made a diving glove save to prevent a certain goal, this one on the Buffalo Sabres' Evan Rodrigues in the third period of a 3-2 win.
Only it wasn't with his glove, but with his blocker, which is usually used to hold a stick and is facing in the opposite direction. But Rask didn't have his stick and was tangled up with his teammate before reaching back and knocking the puck out of harm's way.
