A couple of NHL veterans are headed to Dallas.
The Stars announced Monday they have signed forwards Joe Pavelski and Corey Perry, each of whom should surpass 1,000 regular-season games in the next year.
Pavelski gets a three-year deal with an average annual value of $7 million, while Perry agreed to a one-year deal worth $1.5 million plus the opportunity to add on $1.75 million in incentives.
Pavelski, 34, had spent his entire NHL career with the Sharks and served as San Jose’s captain the last four seasons. He has totaled 761 points (355 goals, 406 assists) in 965 career regular-season games, plus 100 more points (48 goals) in 134 playoff games.
