Arthur talks Sivo selection

NRL: Parramatta Eels coach Brad Arthur has given an update on the attitude of Maika Sivo after he was cleared for round one action.

“Tex has athletic ability that allows him to play multiple positions,” McKinnon said.

“He can play centre, five-eighth, fullback and that’s important in the modern-day game to create depth in your Top 30.

“Tex turns 21 this year and has physically applied himself in the off-season and the promotion now gives coach Adam O’Brien, the opportunity to select Tex in the first-grade squad come Round 1.”
