Arsenal could be about to boost their transfer kitty with the sale of Sead Kolasinac in the coming days, according to reports. Kolasinac looks unlikely to be a prominent figure under Mikel Arteta this season, with Kieran Tierney and Ainsley Maitland-Niles ahead of him in the pecking order for the left-back and left wing-back positions. West Ham have been linked with the 27-year-old, as have Serie A club Roma.
But German outlet Sport Bild claim Bayer Leverkusen are now showing a “serious” interest in Kolasinac.
Leverkusen want to get a deal done for the player before their Bundesliga campaign starts this Sunday away at Wolfsburg.
Arsenal are reported to have slapped a €10million (£9.1m) price tag on Kolasinac’s shoulders, knowing full well his £100,000-a-week weekly wages could prove a problem for some clubs.
The £9.1m would be another injection of much-needed funds into Mikel Arteta’s budget.

Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey has been linked with a move for several months, and Lyon star Houssem Aouar has also emerged as a top target.
Partey has a release clause of £45m in his Atletico contract, whereas Aouar would be expected to cost around £54m.
Premier League commentator Ian Darke is a fan of both players but believes the more defensive-minded Partey would be the better option for Arteta.
“I think they need a little bit of steel in the middle of the pitch, so I think Partey would be a very good signing for Arsenal,” Darke told ESPN FC.
“I know they’re very keen, but they can’t seem to get that deal done.
“They’ve got Ceballos back of course from Real Madrid, and he did well in the back end of last season, but in a more creative way.
“Both are good players, but I think of the two, I’d say Partey.”
