Arsenal will demand a 'very expensive' loan if they are to let go of Hector Bellerin on a temporary basis this summer.
Spanish right-back Bellerin appears to be edging closer to an exit from the Gunners for the first time in his career.
The 26-year-old is being linked with a loan move to Inter Milan, who are in need of a replacement for Achraf Hakimi.
Arsenal have been uninterested up until this point in allowing a regular first-team player to leave the club for very little money.
However, the Gunners appear to have changed their stance after a meeting with Bellerin and his agent this week.
According to Calciomercato.it, Arsenal are willing to allow the defender to leave on a temporary basis.
But only if they can get the most money out of a loan deal as possible, allowing Inter the chance to sign Bellerin this summer without having to pay a full transfer fee.
The meeting was thought to have been positive, and negotiations could soon be underway between Bellerin and Inter.

Arsenal officially announced their third signing of the summer on Saturday following the completion of Ben White's £50million move from Brighton.
And Mikel Arteta has pinpointed how new signing Ben White “perfectly” suits the Gunners.
“Ben was a top target for us and it’s great that we’ve completed his signing. Ben has been educated with two very good clubs, Brighton and Leeds, in recent seasons,” he told Arsenal’s club website.

“He has benefitted well from two very good coaching set-ups and has shown with both Brighton and on loan with Leeds what a strong talent he is.
“Ben is an intelligent defender who is very comfortable with the ball at his feet and his style fits perfectly with us.
“And of course, he is still young, so his age and profile fits with what we are building here. We are all looking forward to Ben being central to our future long-term plans.”
