Barcelona could pull off another financial masterpiece by signing Oscar on an extremely low contract.

The Blaugrana have been forced to drastically lower their wage bill due to their huge debt and the resulting financial implications.

Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and Samuel Umtiti have all taken wage cuts, while Lionel Messi decided to leave in the summer due to the predicament.

That hasn’t stopped Barca signing players though, with Ferran Torres arriving at the end of December.

Meanwhile, Barcelona are understood to be interested in signing Adama Traore from Wolves.

The Spaniard has long been linked with a move to Tottenham, but Barca reportedly believe they can entice the 25-year-old back to his boyhood club.
