Dimitar Berbatov's Premier League predictions including Man Utd vs Liverpool
Dimitar Berbatov has delivered his predictions for this weekend’s Premier League action, including Manchester United’s much-anticipated clash with Liverpool.
Elsewhere, in-form Chelsea will look to consolidate their top-four bid against relegation-battlers Fulham and Arsenal travel to Newcastle United.
As ever, Betfair Ambassador Dimitar Berbatov previews the action for Metro.co.uk.
Crystal Palace v Man City
Everybody is expecting City to win this one because momentum is on their side with the players they have. Although, they do have a big game coming up against PSG so I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few changes. Prediction 1-2.
Betfair exchange odds: Crystal Palace 11/1, Draw 9/2, Man City 1/3
Brighton v Leeds
Leeds have had some very good results recently taking points off City, Liverpool and Man United recently. I like the way Leeds play but they’re aren’t playing for anything at the moment so I will go for Brighton in this one, they have a points gap but I still think they will be pushing to avoid relegation. Prediction 1-0.
Betfair exchange odds: Brighton 6/5, Draw 13/5, Leeds 11/4

Chelsea v Fulham
West London derby! Unfortunately for my old team Fulham they are in a bad spot and don’t have a lot of momentum, whereas Chelsea are very strong, and with the way they play I think they will beat Scott Parker’s side. That being said, it will be tight and with Chelsea’s match with Real Madrid coming up it could be a god time to play them. Prediction 1-0.
Betfair exchange odds: Chelsea 8/15, Draw 100/30, Fulham 7/1
Everton v Aston Villa
Looking at the table, although Everton will still believe they can get European football, I think both sides are playing for nothing in this one. I expect to see this to be quite open and I can see it being a draw. Prediction 2-2.
Betfair exchange odds: Everton 11/10, Draw 11/4, Aston Villa 3/1
Newcastle v Arsenal
Arsenal will definitely have an eye on their Europa League second leg, the last game was a disaster for them and they have a lot to do to put things right. I think Newcastle can catch them out here and get the win, it’s a great time for them to play them. Prediction 2-0.
Betfair exchange odds: Newcastle 14/5, Draw 11/4, Arsenal 11/10
Man United v Liverpool
Well, I’m not there playing so there won’t be any hattricks! I’m joking. I think it’s a great moment to play Liverpool, even though they’ve had a few good results recently they aren’t producing the football people expect from them and United have had a great season and they are well above Liverpool. I think United can get the win, stop City from winning the title this weekend and also pile more pressure on Liverpool’s hopes of European football next season. Prediction 3-1.
Betfair exchange odds: Man United 15/8, Draw 11/4, Liverpool 8/5
Spurs v Sheffield United
Honestly, this is a very winnable game for Spurs and they need a good win to bounce back from the cup final defeat. Sheff United are relegated and Spurs should have more than enough in the tank to win this game. Prediction 4-0.
Betfair exchange odds: Spurs 1/3, Draw 11/2, Sheff United 11/1
West Brom v Wolves
West Brom are still hanging on but it looks as though their race is run. Wolves have had a poor season by their standards but I expect them to win this one. I’m interested to see what happens with Nuno Espirito Santo, I have seen him linked to the Spurs job and I can understand those rumours, this could be playing on his mind. Prediction 1-2.
Betfair exchange odds: West Brom 15/8, Draw 12/5, Wolves 7/4
Burnley v West Ham
West Ham have had some opportunities recently to cement their claim for European football but they haven’t taken them. They are still their chasing Chelsea for a top four spot, and I want them to push them all the way. I think they will be determined to get back on track here, despite Burnley’s great result last time out. Prediction 1-3.
Betfair exchange odds: Burnley 11/5, Draw 13/5, West Ham 7/5
