Football fans clown Billie Eilish hair-do that resembles ‘midfielder’s heat map’
Football fans all made the same joke about pop star Billie Eilish’s new multi-coloured hair-do.
Eilish shared her new trim fresh out of the salon on Instagram and it didn’t take long for football fans to comment on it. Her new multi-coloured do sees a red middle before it turns yellow and then green in an oil patch-looking dollop of colour.
Fans soon reacted to the picture as many compared it to a heat map often used by football statisticians to track where a player spends most of their time on the pitch, with a multi-coloured system used to show how often a player spends in that specific area.

One fan took to Twitter to share the comparison, saying: “Billie Eilish’ new hair. All I see is a heatmap”, a second wrote: “Billie Eilish with the Griezmann tribute by putting his heatmap on her dome.” While a third added: “What style would you like? 'Box to box midfielder heat map, please”.
A fourth pondered: “Why does Billie Eilish's new haircut look like a heatmap for a footballer?” With a fifth saying: “Context: Billie Eilish hairstyle looks like prime N'Golo Kante's heatmap.”

Eilish’s head gave an uncanny resemblance to a box-to-box midfielder's heat map, with the likes of Kante sure to be pleased if their heat map looked anything like the pattern of her hair. The 32-year-old was one of the best players in the Premier League during his time at Leicester City and Chelsea.
Now playing for Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League – Kante’s positioning would’ve mirrored Eilish’s new look. Others on Twitter also compared her hair to a weather map, with one person sharing a picture of the map of Storm Ciaran that hammered the south of England and caused abandonments to fixtures across the country this week.
