Fulham are keen to try and bring Moise Kean back to the Premier League as they attempt to find a new mainstay striker, according to reports.

Kean, will best be remembered by English top-flight supporters from his hugely unsuccessful first stint at Everton.

The 23-year-old centre forward moved to Goodison Park for £27.5m but endured a torrid time of things on Merseyside and was subsequently sent back to Italy.

The Italian spent just one season in the English top-flight with Everton but struggled to impress and was sent out on loan to PSG for a season before moving on a temporary deal back to Juventus.

Kean would spend two years at the Serie A giants before re-joining on a permanent deal but could now be set for a second departure from Juventus as Fulham plot a move.

Fulham have approached Juventus in an effort to open negotiations over a deal for Kean as boss Marco Silva tries to find a replacement for Aleksandar Mitrovic, as reported by the Evening Standard.

The Serbian finally got his desired move to Saudi Arabia in a club-record sale for Fulham after they received £46m for the wantaway striker.

Looking to Europe for a replacement, Juventus could be tempted to sanction a sale with Kean largely restricted to substitute appearances and the club keen to raise more funds.

They are also already well-stocked in attacking areas with Dusan Vlahoic and Federico Chiesa keeping Kean away from a starting berth in the Juventus set-up.

Fulham boss Marco Silva is keen to bring in a replacement for the departed Aleksandar Mitrovic

Kean has so far made 103 appearances across two spells for Juventus, scoring just 22 goals and struggling to build on his early-career reputation as one of Italy’s brightest young prospects.

There have also been reports of attitude issues that have followed the player throughout his career so far with Kean recently denying he was refusing to play for Italy’s under 21 side due to a lack of motivation.

Fulham chief, Silva, will be hoping the next striker he brings in won’t carry the same disciplinary issues that Mitrovic did as he tried to manoeuvre a exit.

Former Wolves striker Raul Jimenez has already moved to Craven Cottage this summer but Fulham look short of attacking impetus after scoring just once in their two opening Premier League fixtures.
