Kylian Mbappe has hinted that he could yet leave Paris Saint-Germain amid links to Real Madrid and Liverpool. The forward is out of contract next summer and has yet to pen an extension at the Parc des Princes.
Mbappe was bought from Monaco in 2017 to try and help the club win the Champions League but they have yet to accomplish that feat.
Thomas Tuchel guided the club to the final last term, where they lost to Bayern Munich.
Mauricio Pochettino has since taken charge of the club and he is trying to tie Mbappe down to a longer deal.
However, the 22-year-old has not decided if he wants to remain in the French capital, hinting that he could Real or Liverpool should their interest become firm.
“If [my contract talks] had progressed, I would have come to talk about it already,” Mbappe said. “Of course, I will talk about it when I have made up my mind.”

Mbappe is fed up with being constantly under the spotlight in Ligue 1, which is another reason why he could depart.
“Of course it [criticism from the media] gets tiring, especially when you play for a club in your country and you give everything for your national team. After a while it gets tiring,” he added after France beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 1-0 last night.
“It’s different for players who play abroad and only come back here for the national team. I’m there all the time, they speak about me a lot more. It’s a different context [to other players], but I knew it would be like that when I signed for Paris. We’ll see.
“Of course it plays a part [the pressure from the media having a bearing on his future], but it’s not just that.
“The most important thing is to feel good where you are, and to have fun every day.”
Pochettino expressed his love for Mbappe last month and he will be desperate to keep the striker at PSG.
“Who doesn’t love Kylian, we say to each other. He makes himself loved, with his smile, his face and his energy,” Pochettino said.
“At the age of 19 he was a world champion [with France], impressive things have happened to him, but he is special and different, with a lot of emotional intelligence.
“He has a lot of potential to develop but he is already [someone for the] present, not just the future. It’s a challenge and a good thing to work with this kind of talent, it makes you a better coach. You give this type of player a solution and he gives you five back.
“There’s lots of rumours. But I see him remaining at PSG for a long time to come and that’s what the club wants.
“We have him in our plans for all the time that we’re going to be at the club.
“Granted he needs to make a decision. But what we see is someone who is very happy here and fully committed to the sporting project at this club.”
