“Like always with these things we have to see how they react overnight and what they can do today, but they trained yesterday.”

Sadio Mane is also expected to be recalled to the starting XI after starting on the bench at Old Trafford.

The Reds will be desperate to finally break their goalscoring duck against Jose Mourinho’s side, who they beat 2-1 at Anfield in December.
