Liverpool team news: Trent Alexander-Arnold boost for Boxing Day clash with Newcastle
Trent Alexander-Arnold is expected to be available for Liverpool’s Boxing Day clash with Newcastle United.
Manager Jurgen Klopp revealed on Monday that the youngster has returned to full training, having been sidelined since sustaining a foot injury during this month’s 1-0 win over Napoli.
Nathaniel Clyne and James Milner have stepped in to fill his place, but Alexander-Arnold could now be fit enough to reclaim his spot at right-back for Newcastle’s visit to Anfield.
