Manchester City fans have been left amazed by full-back Joao Cancelo after he produced a sublime double nutmeg while playing for Portugal on Tuesday.
Cancelo also set up Diogo Jota for Portugal's third goal as they cruised to a 3-0 win away to Azerbaijan and climbed to the top of their World Cup qualifying group.
In the sixth minute of the match, Cancelo showed clever feet to nutmeg Filip Ozobic after keeping the ball in play before he slicked the ball through legs of Tamkin Khalilzade and passed it to Bernardo Silva.
City team-mate Silva opened the scoring for Portugal with a back post volley in the first half.
Reacting to Cancelo's stunning piece of skill on Twitter, one fan wrote: "That's really too much sauce man. Sheesh."
Another compared Cancelo to Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold as they commented: "If Trent did this, he'd be getting best right-back in the world shouts, Cancelo is so underrated."
A third added "Unbelievably talented footballer, such a joy to watch."
Cancelo went on to set up Liverpool's Diogo Jota for Portugal's third in the second half after Andre Silva had doubled their lead before the interval.
The former Juventus defender played the full 90 minutes in Azerbaijan having also started against the Republic of Ireland last week to take his number of caps to 29.
Cancelo has also played every minute of the season for Manchester City so far this campaign, keeping clean sheets in the back-to-back 5-0 home wins over Norwich City and Arsenal.
Since joining City in 2019 for just under £60million, Cancelo has made 80 appearances for Pep Guardiola's side, scoring four times and setting up six goals for his team-mates.
The attacking right-back has also won the Premier League, two Carabao Cups and the Community Shield in his two full seasons with City.
He could maintain his ever-present run this season when City travel to Leicester City on Saturday following the international break.
