Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick has called on the club’s ‘clearly unhappy’ stars to deal with the situation before causing dressing room disruption. The German claims that a problem with English football is experienced by other teams as well as the Red Devils, and is something he has to tackle on a regular basis.

Spirits were low at Old Trafford on Monday after Wolves ran out convincing 1-0 winners.

Luke Shaw gave a sombre rundown of events after the full-time whistle, claiming that United did not feel like a unit on the pitch.

Ralf Rangnick has failed to inspire a dramatic turnaround since his November appointment, with players still getting to grips with his ideas.

And the Red Devils will attempt to return to winning ways on Monday evening against Aston Villa in the third round of the FA Cup.
