It was an afternoon to forget for Real Madrid as they slipped to a fourth defeat in five games at the hands of Levante on Saturday.
And it has only gotten worse for captain Sergio Ramos as footage of him getting embarrassed by Jose Luis Morales has gone viral on Twitter.
The centre-back gets drawn into a challenge by his opponent, who sells him with a stutter step and leaves him sliding into thin air as Morales sprints down the line.

One moment in the first half seemed to encapsulate the Real Madrid captain’s struggles

The moment encapsulates another sorry 90 minutes for Ramos and the European champions, who created the wrong kind of club history during the game.
They went 465 minutes without scoring, the worst run in their glittering history, before Marcelo pulled one back late on.
But it was not enough to prevent a 2-1 defeat that only builds the pressure on beleaguered boss Julen Lopetegui.
Ramos has continued to give his backing though, saying after the game:

‘It’s a very bad run that Madrid cannot afford. Not picking up the three points, today the team gave everything but at other times we have had more luck.
‘Individual mistakes have condemned us but we should not point the finger at anyone, the only way to turn this around is to be united.
‘Lopetegui is a very motivating person, he convinces, and we have to believe, he is the first to believe, we need unity.
‘If I am asked for an opinion, I give it, but I do not think that an opinion of mine could influence such an important decision as the coach’s continuity.’
A strike from Ramos’ nemesis Morales and a Roger Marti penalty had put Levante two up inside the opening quarter of the La Liga contest.
Lopetegui, who replaced Zinedine Zidane in the summer, is under considerable pressure ahead of next weekend’s El Clasico at the Nou Camp.
