Theo Walcott makes worrying Arsenal observation as Gunners drop more points
Theo Walcott says he could sense "fear" from the Arsenal players in Wednesday's draw with Southampton.
Former Gunner Walcott opened the scoring for the Saints in the first half to compound Mikel Arteta's problems.
Arsenal hit back after the break through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and the Gunners had their tails up for the first time in the match.
But a Gabriel Magalhaes red card forced Arsenal to consolidate what they had, and Arteta's men saw out the game to claim a point.
After the match, Walcott made a worrying admission about his former team.

"I felt a lot of fear in Arsenal tonight to be honest," he said.
"They're going through a very difficult time – credit to them they got the result tonight.
"But it shows how far we've come that we're very disappointed to come away without the three points. We were going into this game with so much confidence, arrogance at times.
"The Emirates has changed but I feel like they've got the right man here for the job."
Gunners manager Arteta also spoke to the press, and bemoaned the fact his Arsenal team picked up another red card.
"When you cannot win it you don't lose it," said Arteta.
"Going again with ten men and playing so long against a good side you have to take it. The boys defended with their lives and you have to take a point."
He added: "We had some good moments and some good opportunities where we didn't score.
"Hopefully that's going to unlock us because in the last few weeks it's been a struggle. In this case for Auba individually I think it's really important."
