  • If you’re looking for the latest football – including the Premier League – as well as Premiership Rugby then look no further than the rebranded BT Sport.

Sadly, TNT Sports doesn’t offer a free trial but there are ways that you can lower the price of the package thanks to some brilliant deals and offers.

And if you don’t know what it is – don’t worry. You’re probably not the only one.

TNT launched on 18 July after a rebranding from the former BT Sport. It follows Warner Bros Discovery and BT Group coming to an agreement to merge BT Sport and Eurosport.

The result is now TNT Sports which means you can watch all the top football and rugby games right in front of your own TV.

Currently Eurosport is separate to TNT Sports but over time, the channels will merge following the Paris 2024 Olympics.

If you’re looking for a good deal and ways to watch the best football games on the market then here a rundown of everything you need to know.

But if you absolutely love watching sports and want to know more about free trials, we’ve discussed about DAZN free trial that you can read about.

    What is TNT Sports?

BT Sport launched on August 2013 in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and showed a multitude of sports including Champions League football, Premiership and Champions Cup rugby, Premier League football and MotoGP.

However, it was announced last year by Warner Bros Discovery and BT Group that they would merge BT Sport and Eurosport together as part of a joint venture in July 2023.

As a result, it will show sporting events such as the Olympic Games, the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, the Premier League, Premiership Rugby, MotoGP, UFC, Boxing, WWE, tennis Grand Slams, cycling Grand Tours and the winter sports World Cup season.

Events will also be shown on discovery+ which will become the streaming home for sports fans who can enjoy a subscription that includes TNT Sports and Eurosport in the future.

Can I get a TNT Sports free trial and how much does it cost?

Unfortunately, you can’t get a free trial of TNT Sports but there are deals out there for BT customers and those who aren’t BT customers.

If you own BT Broadband, you can get TNT Sports for £20 which includes all 4 TNT Sports channels, Eurosport and discovery+ Premium all available to watch on the discovery+ app.

But if you’re not a BT broadband customer, there are cheap packages that you can sign up for to get TNT Sports. Most broadband packages can vary between £25 – £35 depending on the speed you choose.

BT is offering you the chance to add TNT Sports onto a broadband package for just £12 which includes all 4 channels, Eurosport 1 and 2, a free-to-air and a recordable TV box and access to discovery+ Premium where you can live stream sporting events.

But there are also major sport packages that you can get with BT. BT’s ‘Big Sport’ package comes with all 11 Sky Sports channels, including unrivalled live coverage of the Premier League, F1 and much more with NOW Sports including all the TNT Sports we’ve already mentioned.

That means you’ll be able to watch 400+ live football games, including the biggest Premier League games plus the best of the WSL, EFL and SPFL.
