Nuno Espirito Santo has not had to make many changes to his Tottenham side since they kicked off their Premier League campaign with a 1-0 win over Manchester City but now the Spurs boss will have to shuffle his pack ahead of the visit of Crystal Palace. That’s because Tottenham will potentially have up to seven players missing when the Eagles travel across London on Saturday lunch time.
It’s been a far from ideal international break for Nuno, he has been dealt blow after blow since his players left Hotspur Way around 10 days ago.
Giovani Lo Celso, Cristian Romero and Davinson Sanchez are all currently isolating in Croatia after their trips back home to South America.
The Argentine duo were at the centre of a storm in Brazil after the local authorities requested they were deported from the country after failing to comply with quarantine regulations.
All three players are now set to miss the Palace clash and the game against Rennes in the UEFA Conference League.

It leaves Spurs particularly short at the back, meaning Nuno will have to make changes to his defence for the first time this season.
Japhet Tanganga could slot in at centre-back in place of Sanchez, with Emerson Royal in for his debut at right-back.
Sergio Reguilon and Eric Dier will complete the Spurs back four.
In midfield, Nuno will also have to think on his feet after Oliver Skipp picked up a groin problem while playing for England Under-21s.

Harry Winks could get a rare chance to impress in his place, starting alongside Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Dele Alli.
Ryan Sessegnon is also injured while Steven Bergwijn and Son Heung-min have picked up further problems while playing for Holland and South Korea respectively.
There is still a chance Bergwijn could prove his fitness but there are no guarantees he will be ready for Saturday at this stage.
The Korean FA have confirmed Son has picked up a strain in his right calf.

“Heung-min felt discomfort in his right calf after training on the 6th [of September], and as a result of the test, he was excluded in order to protect the player,” the KFA said in a statement.
It means Lucas Moura and Bryan Gil could support Kane in attack and both will be looking to make their mark after starting the 1-0 win over Watford on the bench.
With more international matches to follow, Nuno will be desperate his side pick up no fresh problems as they look to make it four wins from four.
Potential Tottenham XI vs Crystal Palace (4-3-3): Lloris; Reguilon, Dier, Tanganga, Emerson; Hojbjerg, Winks, Dele, Bryan Gil, Moura, Kane.
