<\/p>\nA Wales football fan has defied logic by somehow downing seven shots in the space of 30 seconds – and still making the game.<\/p>\n
The supporter, called Fin, was caught on camera ahead of his side\u2019s Euro 2024 qualifier against Latvia in Riga. Cheered on by his pals, the fan tucks into the dozens of shot glasses lined up on a table.<\/p>\n
The group count each shot as it\u2019s downed. After a big build-up to the seventh, the fan comfortably sinks it before whipping his shirt off and dancing wildly as the group celebrates the achievement. But while the clip only shows him downing seven, the shots tray in front of him suggests he may have started with an astonishing 50.<\/p>\n
Social media users naturally asked if Fin was in a fit state to attend the game, which Wales won 2-0 to keep their faint hopes of qualifying for Germany next summer alive.<\/p>\n

A picture was later posted of Fin inside the ground, albeit looking a little worse for wear. The Cymru Away X (formerly Twitter) account, which posted the clip, confirmed that \u201che made the game and lasted the 90 minutes\u201d.<\/p>\n
One fan joked: \u201cFair play Fin but can you do that on a cold Tuesday at Bolton.\u201d Another quipped: \u201cWould like to see him 20-30mins later.\u201d A third added: \u201cSomeone\u2019s missing their flight.\u201d<\/p>\n

It was a memorable night for Fin and the thousands of Wales supporters as goals from David Brooks and Aaron Ramsey sealed victory. Brooks\u2019 goal was especially poignant following his battle with cancer.<\/p>\n
Brooks was diagnosed with stage-two Hodgkin lymphoma in October 2021 while on Wales duty. The 26-year-old announced he was cancer-free in May last year, but it has been a long road back to form and fitness as Brooks\u2019 body took time to recover from the full effects of the disease.<\/p>\n
So it was no surprise the entire Wales squad wildly celebrated the stoppage time goal that Brooks scored to clinch the three points. It was his first Wales goal since scoring the winner in a Nations League tie against the Republic of Ireland in November 2020.<\/p>\n
