{"id":287647,"date":"2023-09-15T09:34:34","date_gmt":"2023-09-15T09:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportsloveme.com\/?p=287647"},"modified":"2023-09-15T09:34:34","modified_gmt":"2023-09-15T09:34:34","slug":"jadon-sancho-returns-to-man-uniteds-training-ground-to-train-alone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportsloveme.com\/soccer\/jadon-sancho-returns-to-man-uniteds-training-ground-to-train-alone\/","title":{"rendered":"Jadon Sancho returns to Man United&apos;s training ground to train alone"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Jadon Sancho returns to Man United&#8217;s training ground to train on his own after refusing to apologise to Erik ten Hag and being banished from first-team practice<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jadon Sancho has been pictured arriving for his solo training at Man United<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>He was banished from first-team training on Thursday for a &#8216;discipline issue&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ten Hag and Sancho are embroiled in a feud as the winger refuses to back down<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jadon Sancho arrived for his isolated training at Manchester United&#8217;s Carrington training ground on Friday morning after being banished from first-team practice yesterday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old refused to apologise for his public fall-out with manager Erik ten Hag and the feud has only intensified as a result.<\/p>\n<p>United released a statement yesterday announcing that Sancho would be forced to train alone due to a &#8216;squad discipline issue&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It follows Sancho&#8217;s public fallout with\u00a0Erik ten Hag after the manager criticised his performances in training, with the winger calling his words &#8216;completely untrue&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Ten Hag is set to speak later today and will no doubt be asked about a saga which threatens to further derail United&#8217;s tumultuous start to the season, with the problems surrounding Mason Greenwood and Antony casting the club in a gloomy light.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/15\/09\/75464923-0-image-a-1_1694767303737.jpg\" height=\"445\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Jadon Sancho was pictured arriving at Manchester United&#8217;s training ground on Friday morning for his solitary training\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/15\/10\/75465903-12522005-image-a-33_1694769212184.jpg\" height=\"469\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The winger has had a cataclysmic fall-out with Erik ten Hag, with the manager criticising his training performances before Sancho said he was used as a &#8216;scapegoat&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>United&#8217;s statement read: &#8216;Jadon Sancho will remain on a personal training programme away from the first-team group pending resolution of a squad discipline issue.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Ten Hag is still furious that Sancho, who signed for \u00a373million in 2021, effectively branded him a liar\u00a0for saying he was left out of the squad to face Arsenal because of his lacklustre training performances.<\/p>\n<p>Sancho had appeared off the bench in each of United&#8217;s first three matches this season but was left out completely at the Emirates.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He posted on social media: &#8216;Please don&#8217;t believe everything you read! I will not allow people to say things that are completely untrue. I have conducted myself in training very well this week.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won&#8217;t go into, I&#8217;ve been a scapegoat for a long time which isn&#8217;t fair!<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to the team. I respect all decisions that are made by the coaching staff, I play with fantastic players and I am grateful to do so, which I know every week is a challenge.
