His wife Pilar Rubio (pictured) was away with work commitments<\/p>\n<p>Ramos had only just recently signed for Sevilla &#8211; his boyhood club where he started his career in 1996 &#8211; after leaving French side PSG on a free transfer.<\/p>\n<p>And he and his family had only just moved to their property in Bollullos de la Mitacion, a city located near Seville.<\/p>\n<p>Ramos and his wife Rubio began dating in 2012 before getting married in June 2019.<\/p>\n<p>He becomes the latest footballers to be targeted by robbers in Spain in recent years.
