In the giant retail store, a Ralph Lauren cashmere hoodie will set you back \u20ac449, and polo shirts in the colours of each team are going for around \u20ac75. Ball markers and divot repairers cost \u20ac19 and it is a similar story at food and drink outlets on the course.<\/p>\n<p>A double cheeseburger and fries is just short of \u20ac20, and cocktails come in at \u20ac18.<\/p>\n<p>To rent a phone charger it is \u20ac20 \u2014 to buy one is \u20ac40.<\/p>\n<p><span>Events cancelled in respect of Bonallack\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A series of official events were cancelled this week as a mark of respect for Sir Michael Bonallack, who died on Tuesday at the age of 88.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bonallack, viewed by many as Britain\u2019s greatest amateur golfer, played in nine Walker Cups and won the British amateur title five times.
