Manchester United fans get soaked during defeat against Crystal Palace as Old Trafford&#8217;s roof leaks&#8230; with supporters taking aim at the Glazers for allowing the famous ground to fall into disrepair<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manchester United fans were left soaked due to Old Trafford&#8217;s leaky roof<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Supporters took to social media to vent their frustrations at the club&#8217;s owners<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mail Sport&#8217;s new WhatsApp Channel: Get the breaking news and exclusives here<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manchester United fans were left soaked as rain poured down through their leaky roof during Saturday&#8217;s clash with Crystal Palace at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n<p>As Erik ten Hag&#8217;s side suffered a second consecutive home defeat courtesy of a first-half goal from Joachim Andersen, supporters watching on in the stands were left quite literally under the weather.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing their experience from the Stretford end n social media, a supporter shared a video on social media of fans being pelted by rain coming down through the ground&#8217;s leaky roof.<\/p>\n<p>The post, which was liked by Gary Neville, questioned why the roof of the stadium has not already been fixed by the clubs owners: &#8216;It was a wet one at Old Trafford today. The Glazers need to invest in fixing the roof of the stadium.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Another fan agreed: &#8216;The Glazers will never ever invest in Manchester United. Can\u2019t bloody wait until Manchester United is invested.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/01\/10\/76033663-12580903-image-m-20_1696153880426.jpg\" height=\"548\" width=\"306\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/01\/10\/76033665-12580903-image-a-21_1696153889345.jpg\" height=\"548\" width=\"306\"><\/p>\n<p>A fan took to social media to complain after Old Trafford&#8217;s leaky roof left them soaked during Manchester United&#8217;s defeat by Crystal Palace<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/01\/12\/76035401-12580903-image-a-27_1696160487351.jpg\" height=\"177\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Other supporters agreed that the famous ground is in a state of disrepair and called on the club&#8217;s ownership to complete the necessary redevelopments<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/01\/12\/76035751-12580903-image-a-60_1696161361220.jpg\" height=\"167\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/01\/12\/76035405-12580903-image-m-30_1696160496813.jpg\" height=\"173\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>A further United supporter wrote: &#8216;I was getting dripped on too. s*** stadium, s*** football, 50 plus quid a ticket! Think i&#8217;ll give it a miss from now on.<\/p>\n<p>Another added: &#8216;We need get them out, knock it down and start again from top to bottom&#8230;.
