Tyson Fury has dispelled fears that upcoming bouts against Francis Ngannou and Oleksandr Usyk will be his last.

The 35-year-old is set to meet the former UFC heavyweight champion in Saudi Arabia on October 28, just over a year after annoucing his second retirement from the sport.

That hiatus lasted only four months before he returned to fight Derek Chisora in December 2022.

Fury has now not only revealed that he has no intention of slowing down but in fact is targeting a multi-fight deal after the much-anticipated bouts.

‘I’m looking to sign another 10-fight deal after this,’ he told ESPN. ‘So I don’t know, I’m going to put my feelers out there and see who I can get the best deal off for another 10 fights.

The Gypsy King arrived in Saudi Arabia on October 17 ahead of the giant cross-over fight

Former UFC champions Francis Ngannou will be looking to cause a massive upset next week

Fury then puts his belt on the line against WBO, WBA and IBF heavyweight champion Usyk

‘What else is there? I retire, plenty of money, plenty of achievement, whatever — 35 [years old]. What am I going to do? This makes me f***ing happy fighting.

‘This is all I’ve ever done and all that’s ever made me happy. So it’d be stupid now to walk away from it when I’m making millions of dollars and getting loads of joy from it as well.’

Before Fury can start making future plans he has two eagerly-awaited fights to see to. The first, against Ngannou – who will be making his professional debut in a boxing match – will open Riyadh Season next week.

The contest dubbed ‘Battle of the Baddest’, will be an exhibition and will not count to either fighter’s official records. However, Fury will need to ensure he escapes the bout injury-free ahead of the clash with Usyk for the undisputed heavyweight crown which has been tentatively scheduled for Decemeber 23.

According to ESPN, the deal contains a two-way rematch clause that will likely lead to another bout next year.
