Lionel Messi is set to land his eighth Ballon d'Or on Monday evening – and while he can count on the votes of a lot of journalists, Hafiz Marikar isn't one of them.<\/span><\/p>\n The Sri Lankan journalist certainly takes an interesting view on who he thinks is the best player in the world.
