Trippier joined the Magpies for an initial \u00a312million at the start of last year following a two-and-a-half year stint with Atletico Madrid and has helped the club go from Premier League relegation fodder to the Champions League.<\/p>\n<p>Trippier has made 67 appearances for Newcastle and has bagged three goals and an incredible 17 assists for his team. The 33-year-old, who previously spent four years at Tottenham, has also been a regular for England under Gareth Southgate and has been used on both sides of defence.
