It was a game where we didn\u2019t start well.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;If you don\u2019t start well then it\u2019s hard to pick your game up. We got a goal out of nothing really.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Our quality on the ball is not normally that level. I\u2019m not worried going forward. They will have a different level of motivation [in the future].\u2019<\/p>\n<p>One of the positives for Southgate was the performance of Liverpool\u2019s Trent Alexander-Arnold in midfield.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018He used the ball really well,\u2019 added the England boss. \u2018He has outstanding quality.
