Dakota Ditcheva dominated Valentina Scatizzi to win the inaugural PFL European flyweight in Dublin on Friday night, leaving her opponent with a horrific eye injury in the process.<\/p>\n
The undefeated kickboxing specialist had early success with kicks before Scatizzi tried to get a hold of her and utilise her wrestling.<\/p>\n
Ditcheva wasn’t fazed and proceeded to land multiple devastating knees in the clinch.<\/p>\n
It left Scatizzi’s eye completely swollen shut with the cageside doctor having no choice but to wave off the fight at the end of the first round.<\/p>\n
Ditcheva not only claimed the belt but also a an \u00a380,000 prize.<\/p>\n

The Brit’s mixed martial arts record is now 10-0 with finishes in nine of those bouts.<\/p>\n
‘Anything is next. Give me whoever you want, fight wherever you want,’ she said after receiving the belt.<\/p>\n
‘I’ll stay in Europe or go to America, I’ll clean them all out,’ said Ditcheva.<\/p>\n
Speaking ahead of the fight, Ditcheva admitted she was happy about the prospect of a big payday but that becoming the best female fighter in Europe is her main motivation.<\/p>\n

The cageside doctor waved off the fight after the first round due to\u00a0Scatizzi’s swollen eye<\/p>\n
‘It’s crazy to see someone at this stage of their career, who is still building and things like that, is getting opportunities to win that type of money,’ Ditcheva told talkSPORT.com.<\/p>\n
‘I don’t think the money to me is more important than the win. I want a clean record. I want to be the no.1 female in Europe and that’s what I’m thinking about most.<\/p>\n
‘The money is great, it’s a bonus, but I haven’t spent it in my head yet. My brothers have, but I’m more thinking about getting that win on my record and coming away 10-0.’<\/p>\n
