Tottenham are reportedly tracking a Bournemouth player as they seek to strengthen their squad in the January transfer window.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ange Postecoglou’s side started the season in fine form with eight wins from their opening 10 Premier League matches.\u00a0<\/p>\n
But a run of four losses in their last five matches has seen them drop to fifth in the table after suffering a number of injuries and suspensions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bournemouth defender\u00a0Illia Zabarnyi is of interest to Tottenham, who are likely to target a defender next month according to the Mirror.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The north London side are believed to have been keen on the Ukraine international before he sealed a move to the South Coast last January.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tottenham have continued to track\u00a0Zabarnyi and he has been ‘prevalent’ on data algorithms they have been utilising.\u00a0<\/p>\n
However, Bournemouth have no interest in selling the 21-year-old, who has shone in the club’s recent\u00a0resurgence under Andoni Iraola.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Postecoglou’s side have alternative defenders on their shortlist if a move for\u00a0Zabarnyi fails to materialise.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Atalanta’s Giorgio Scalvini and Benfica’s Morato are both said to be on that shortlist.\u00a0 Moves for\u00a0Zabarnyi’s Bournemouth team-mate Lloyd Kelly\u00a0 and\u00a0Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo could also be revisited.\u00a0<\/p>\n
