but he was accurate as well.<\/p>\n<p>That included one moment when he bombed his tee shot and then waved it goodbye as it landed perfectly in the fairway.<\/p>\n<p>Team Woods played well on the first day of the two-day tournament &#8211; with Charlie hitting fairway after fairway.<\/p>\n<p>However, the best the father-son pairing of Charlie and Tiger Woods only led to a finish of eight-under-par for the day.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/17\/13\/79055717-12873871-image-m-15_1702820880112.jpg\" height=\"664\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Charlie Woods bombed his driver at the PNC Championship &#8211; waving goodbye to this one<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/17\/13\/79055349-12873871-image-m-16_1702820900047.jpg\" height=\"627\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The father-son duo of Charlie and Tiger drove well but struggled putting &#8211; ending eight-under<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/17\/13\/79055345-12873871-image-a-12_1702820816967.jpg\" height=\"427\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>It was a family affair for the Woods family &#8211; with Tiger&#8217;s daughter Sam caddying for him<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s something that Charlie lamented once the round finished up and he spoke to reporters.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I mean, I drove the ball really good today &#8211; I didn&#8217;t miss a fairway &#8211; and we still managed to shoot eight-under,&#8217; Charlie remarked, adding,\u00a0&#8216;We just suck at putting.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Tiger agreed, following up his son&#8217;s comments by saying that he &#8216;summed it up right there&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday was a bit more of a family affair for the Woods clan than normal &#8211;
