  Manchester United picked up an unlikely point at Anfield on Sunday and there was one player receiving the majority of the praise following the game.<\/p>\n

  18-year-old Kobbie Mainoo started the game in the absence of Bruno Fernandes and did not show his age one bit in the center of the park.<\/p>\n

  Mainoo, who started his first game for the club last month, played a key role as United showed grit that has been lacking for most of the season.<\/p>\n

  Speaking on Mainoo after the game, Ten Hag said: ‘He has some calmness and composure. His biggest quality is his scanning but he is good physically. He is young, will adjust to the game and will adjust to the intensity of the Premier League.’<\/p>\n

  ‘When you are good enough you are old enough. He proved that and when he gets used to those games, we will even get more joy from it.<\/p>\n
