Ciryl Gane’s home burgled during UFC Paris KO victory in £130,000 raid
UFC heavyweight Ciryl Gane's apartment was burgled during his main event victory at the Accor Arena on Saturday.
According to French outlet Le Parisien, the 33-year-old's home was targeted during UFC Paris in which Gane eased to a TKO victory over Sergey Spivak in the final fight of the night.
The report adds that the home in Nogent-sur-Marne was the target of thieves overnight with police called to the location at 7:30am on Sunday morning local time.
The perpetrators are thought to have forced their way in through the front door and stolen a Rolex as well as various jewellery, with losses at an estimated €150,000 (£128,000).

Gane is the face of French MMA, which was only legalised by the French Ministry of Sport in 2020, since headlining both UFC cards in the capital city.
The former football prospect extended his professional record to 12-2 with the win over Moldovan contender Spivak, bouncing back from his March defeat to Jon Jones.
Gane is a former interim UFC heavyweight champion but had also lost on his first attempt at the title against Francis Ngannou back in 2022.
The report adds that video and audio footage could be used to identify the assailants, with traces left at the scene.
Footballers have been targeted by thieves in similar circumstances in the past, with Raphael Varane burgled while playing for Real Madrid in 2016.
Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof's wife was then left traumatised after their home was targeted while he played against Brentford.

Speaking to Daily Star Sport before UFC Paris, Gane had recognised himself as the lead figure of French MMA.
He said: "I don't like the word star, but I'm the guy in France and I always represent my country at a high level. I'm proud of my team and my family.
"That does put more pressure on me but I'm really happy to be in front of my own people."
