Dele Alli laughs off parking ticket with new Man Utd star in £260k Lamborghini

Dele Alli was spotted receiving a parking ticket after a lunch outing with Manchester United new-boy Sergio Reguilon.

The midfielder, 27, has returned to Everton following his loan spell in Turkey, though he is yet to feature due to a muscular injury. Meanwhile, Reguilon last week secured a deadline day loan move to Old Trafford until June 2024.

Former Tottenham team-mates Alli and Reguilon, who played 22 games together, were in good spirits on Tuesday as they returned from a catch-up at a fine-dining restaurant in Manchester’s city centre.

The duo were snapped getting into Alli’s stunning £260,000 purple Lamborghini Urus. But they were met with a £60 parking ticket after leaving the luxury motor on a double yellow line for two hours, according to The Mail.

Alli opted to see the funny side as both he and Spain international Reguilon were spotted laughing. It comes after both players’ recent struggles on the pitch, having seen their stock fall in recent seasons.

Reguilon joined Spurs in 2020, appearing regularly in his first two seasons but later falling out of favour.

He was sent out on loan to Atletico Madrid for the 2022/23 campaign, where he only made 11 La Liga appearances.

Now the 26-year-old has the chance to reignite his career at United, having got his opportunity thanks to Erik ten Hag’s injury crisis at left-back.

The former Spurs sensation was sent out on loan to Besiktas after failing to make an impression for the Toffees. He fared no better in Turkey, however, with the side terminating his loan early and a photograph later emerging of him at a table with alcohol and nitrous oxide canisters around him.

Alli went on to speak to Gary Neville in an emotional interview about checking himself into a rehabilitation facility. His heart-breaking revelations included him having been molested as a six-year-old, sold drugs aged eight and his later addiction to sleeping pills.
