Football fan wins £37,000 after landing monster 14-team accumulator with £10
One very lucky football fan gazed into his crystal ball over the weekend and pulled out a 14-fold accumulator that landed him £37,000.
The customer put £10 on a 14-fold across the lower leagues of English football on Saturday afternoon, with each game needing three or more goals to be scored for the acca to land. However, the bet wasn't smooth sailing, and it needed some late goals.
Rochdale's winner at Dagenham and Redbridge in the 81st minute ensured that leg came through. However, the biggest drama was saved for Colchester and Barrow's game at the JobServe Community Stadium, where there was an 86th minute winner.

The bet itself would've returned a tidy £29,031.15, but the customer decided to use Ladbrokes' Odds Boost feature, which added a whopping £8,285.33 onto his winnings, taking the grand total to £37,316.48.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "Colchester v Barrow might've looked like one of the easier selections on paper with the match finishing 4-1 to the visitors.

"But it one definitely squeaky bum time in our plucky punter's house as the game headed into the final few minutes. We're assuming a George Ray Barrow shirt is going to be the first thing on our customer's shopping list!"
Elsewhere on the bet, the punter needed over 2.5 goals in Altrincham's clash with Solihull Moors, Eastleigh's trip to Chesterfield, Hartlepool's loss to Bromley, Oldham's match with Ebbsfleet, Harrogate's fixture with Crawley, and Crewe and Doncaster's high scoring affair.
He also backed Wimbledon and Notts County, Northampton and Cambridge, Portsmouth and Blackpool, Dagenham and Rochdale, Shrewsbury and Port Vale, Wycombe and Reading, and Bolton and Exeter.
